If you're tired of city life, just try going to the office and you will feel the vibrant yet calmness of this place from the friendliness of the staff to the beauty of the ocean waves from office bay window. Neighbors are friendly and this place is dog-friendly as well. No need to bring your trash to metal bin as you'll enjoy a valet trash service at least five days a week. And lastly, you'll enjoy the morning mist or the afternoon sunset when walking on the beach.

I have lived at Oceanaire for 12 months. Nice location, some units face the highway unfortunately - Quiet, relatively open grounds (some noise from loud vehicles passing by) - Gated parking garages (but only 1 spot per unit)

Friendliest and hardest working staff I have ever encountered. Marcy and Dylan are the most knowledgeable, helpful, and professional individuals I have interacted with. Maintenance is very respectful, and they are always improving the property. I really appreciate the people here, stay awesome.
