I love living here |Recommended: YesI've lived at Oceanaire for a little over a year and I never want to leave. The staff is great. The complex is right at the ocean. You can see the whales migrating while you're drinking your coffee - Heaven

Oceanaire is a nice place to live, neighbors and staff are friendly.|Recommended: YesOceanaire is a nice place to live, neighbors and staff are friendly. Juan, one of the operations guys is great, very friendly, dependable and a hard worker. It's set up more like it's a townhouse with minimal shared walls between units. This contributes to increased privacy. If you have pets, it's right across the street from the leash free dog beach, which has been a highlight of ours. Oceanaire completed a sea wall and a ramp that provided very easy access to the beach. Right now it's under construction but we are very much excited for it to reopen.

Excellent place to live |Recommended: YesI love living by a body of water. I don't quite have an ocean view but I'm just a couple of steps to get to it. This place is definitely luxury living. The unique touches make so much of a difference like the in unit washer and dryer and when I have friends over they love the working fireplace. The staff are always friendly and helpful. This is definitely a great place to live.
